Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the website design and related services provided by Kiweb ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging Kiweb for a project, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Pricing & payment. Package pricing is published on our Website Cost NZ page and confirmed in writing before work begins. Optional extras are quoted separately.

Ownership. Once a website is delivered and paid for in full, ownership of the delivered files transfers to the client, subject to any third-party licensing terms (fonts, stock imagery, plugins).

Revisions. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as described on the relevant pricing page. Work outside this scope is quoted separately before starting.
